Tommy and the guys were terrific in building our new family home in Vineyard Ridge. We built our home during the last stages of all the Covid supply chain disruptions, which created all kinds of delays. In addition, as anyone in the Austin-Fredericksburg area knows, demand for construction services greatly exceeds the supply. Some contractors we reached out to never returned calls or emails. My team at Green Zone Home provides energy efficiency rating and evaluation services for BCI Custom Homes. We evaluate thousands of homes yearly in central Texas. BCI Custom Homes goes far beyond the base standards by using advanced insulation, equipment, and other components. They also voluntarily work to have their homes certified and labeled with the Energy Star for Homes program of the federal government. These extra efforts lead to increased comfort and lower operational costs.
