This was my second time coming here for a pedicure. My first time was such a great experience I brought my cousin back with me. We didn't realize it at the time but we were their last customers before closing but not once did we feel rushed. They took their time and gave quality pedicures. The massages were wonderful and the employees are so nice! Highly recommend for pedicures (have not had my nails done here so I can't speak for that).

We had a plumbing emergency in the middle of the night. Roto-Rooter was available and dispatched technicians quickly. The repair was completed timely and efficiently. They also provided additional assistance to begin addressing the water damage. Their water restoration team showed up even before the repair began.Everyone was friendly, professional, and offered a lot of great information to offer us peace of mind to address this issue. We will definitely use their services again if needed in the future.

Nathan was very good and explained the process as he installed the water softener. They are one of the companies who knew that water softner installation needed a permit with the city.
I had to have a water heater replaced and upon looking over my current system, Justin found several additional issues that needed addressing and clearly explained the \\\"why\\\" behind his recommendations. It was quite a lengthy job, but Justin, along with Rob were able to install a new water heater and fix the other issues all in the same day. They were professional, courteous, and I would highly recommend them and will use them for any future plumbing needs! I appreciate y'all so much!!
Alex was personable.....I showed him the problem....we found the water shutoff after a bit of a search. The broken spicket was replaced, however there was no water. Alex asked if there was a water softener..BINGO...the control panel was the magic and the water was fixed. A bit pricey though. Alex did inform me of the water heater service plan and installing a sensor if there is a leak. Since the water heater is in the attic that could be costly if it is leaking and out of sight, out of mind until it is too late. Job well done.

Super knowledgeable about everything pool and system! These folks were very knowledgeable and explained everything!!! Hence my husband was picking their brains, and they were accommodating lol!

They’re results came back fairly quickly and then the repair was done and the new skimmer looks great and honestly wouldn’t know a repair was done but for the newer color of cement added during repair. Also the office folks were very helpful as well! Do recommend absolutely!
The roofers were replacing my roof from hail damage and they needed to to have the plumber diagnose some vent pipe issues before they could seal the vent pipes in. Brian was able to squeeze us in for a last minute inspection enabling the roofers to finish.He also inspected some water lines in the attic that needed some insulation repairs which he scheduled for another call. Very professional and I highly recommend him!

Another summer, another AC maintenance necessary. Memo, the AC technician, was able to diagnose the issue with the unit in about 15 minutes. No parts necessary, just removed corrosion that was causing the issue. He also diagnosed a few weak links that could cause issues in the future. Great service as usual. House is already cool.

Jeremiah and his crew are some of the most professional people I have worked with. They genuinely care about communication and the services they provide. I wish I could give them 10 stars. We added a pool to our small yard and Jeremiah was there every step of the way to help us with irrigation, drainage (we live on a hill), as well as the landscaping once the pool was complete. They also installed an amazing wood/wire fence around the pool. We also use their monthly landscape services. It is comforting to know they are taking care of our yard, not just the mow and blow. Jeremiah is very knowledgeable about what works in your yard. and listens carefully to what a customer is looking for. We have had several landscape companies in the past and have always had to have something fixed or repaired. It's nice to know that Jeremiah does not cut corners , and they are worth every penny. We will be adding an outdoor kitchen and will be using Jeremiah. I highly recommend Jeremiah and his crew at Hill Country Scapes and Design. They go above and beyond!

We had a steep slope next to our driveway that was a mess! From estimate & design to completion, everyone at Panache was helpful, considerate, straight-forward & worked hard to make sure we were happy with their work. Before & after photos attached. It will look even better after power washing, which will happen in a couple of weeks.
We worked with Trent and the Acacia team on the landscaping on our new construction home over a two year period. We were building on a cleared piece of land and the landscape design was incredibly important to us so we began with them early on in the process. They were recommended by our builder, along with another firm. But after meeting with the two recommended firms, it was an easy choice to go with Acacia, primarily because of Trent. He understood what we were trying to do and was able to take those words and interpret them into our design. Also, Bernardo and his team of skilled workers were able to put Trent's plans into effect beautifully. You should watch that team set giant landscape stones with their mini backhoe. Pretty remarkable. We completed our work with them last spring and they have stood behind their work. And now we are discussing additional projects with them on our property. I can't recommend Trent, Bernardo and the rest of the team enough.

After having a micro discectomy many years ago on L5-S1, I reinjured my lower back recently. My injury was so bad that I thought for certain I would need back surgery again. I could barely walk. But I thought I would first see Doctor Archer. I'd never been to a chiropractor before and was unsure if it would help. However, his electrotherapy treatment, plus back adjustment started helping very quickly. After about 5 treatments I realized I would avoid back surgery. Additionally, Doc Archer showed me some abdominal exercises that have helped to strengthen my core. I'm really pleased with the results of his treatment and will continue to go back as needed. I highly recommend Doctor Archer.
I had a back injury that caused excruciating pain and had me unable to do almost anything for 5 months. At the age of 32, with a 3 year old, this was just not going well at all and I had to try something. I tried a chiropractor at that point that used the little thumper thingy method because I was scared of causing more injury, but after four months of that I was back in terrible pain and was becoming unable to do anything again. I felt like I was going to be in pain forever, which can be depressing. Every single day was a struggle just to make it through and function, my back was killing me. I looked around at some sports therapy places to give a different method a try, and felt led to try Hill Country Spine and Sport. After my first visit, I literally had the first comfortable night of sleep that I had had in 9 months. I kid you not, after ONE week of visits with Dr. Doyle and his awesome team, my pain was gone. I am working out at full strength and my life has been given back to me. Nine months of pain, resolved in a handful of visits. Are these people miracle workers? Maybe. I am still scratching my head at how they got me fixed up so fast. I know they for sure were the answer to my prayers for healing. And they are cool, funny, chill, and the whole place oozes good vibes and I love that! Any future injuries they will be my first call. I cannot express how thankful I am for these people. For real.

In my initial review I addressed a concern regarding continuity of care. I left DermSA to follow Dr. DeSilva to his practice in Boerne. Possibly due to scheduling issues, I was scheduled with another doctor and then a third doctor at my last visit. I was less than satisfied with the care I received in the last visit with a different doctor and wrote a review addressing those concerns with no intention of returning. Dr. DeSilva called me personally to address my concerns and shared his understanding of the importance of continuity of care specifically with regard to Dermatology. He apologized (when does anyone do that anymore) for falling short in meeting my expectations. He offered to refer me to another doctor but also asked that I consider continuing under his care which I’m happy to do. I’ve never had a doctor make me feel so valued and validated. I will be there for my next cancer screen and will be seeing Dr. DeSilva.

Last week was tough. It has not been an easy time for my wife and I. We had to put down one of our dogs and I can't thank the entire staff at Boerne Vet Clinic enough. They were all extremely kind, professional and compassionate (down to little comments such as "you can tell he was loved and taken care of very well"). In previous (more routine) visits, I have found the staff and doctors to be very knowledgeable and transparent regarding pricing. We have been to other clinics that felt very pushy in recommending unnecessary and costly services. I would absolutely recommend Boerne Veterinary Clinic to anybody with a pet. Dr. Kotzur takes care of my three horses like they’re his own. He truly cares about them, and has always been there for them in their time of need (emergency, weekend calls, etc) as well as other horse owners in my barn. Can’t say enough good things about him and his staff. Highly recommend!
