“Excellent service on this third visit to try and figure out a difficult and puzzling problem with my a/c. These technicians and service manager are awesome!!! They didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need and yet they came back multiple times until they figured out the problem. It was a real puzzler!! Not only did they never give up, they didn’t charge me a dime for all the extra trips it took to solve the mystery problem even though I offered to pay them for the additional trips. “John came out two days ago to look at our 23yr old unit. He responded late the night before and was at my house very early in the morning. We knew a new unit would most likely be in order, and after John personally came and looked at the issue, he had his crew at my house first thing the following morning to replace the unit and furnace. His crew was very respectful, hard working, and courtesy. They worked diligently and were mindful of me and pets who were home during the work. When done, they cleaned up very well.
