“I noticed an issue with my dog and was able to get an appointment the next day. This is my second time at this place, and it was the same as the first. All the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. My dog was very nervous, but they were gentle and respected my dog's boundaries. They did an amazing job encouraging him when he did good. My other dog is a little reactive, and when he had to go in for the first time, the staff did such an amazing job that i knew my other dog would be perfectly fine here. Definitely recommend this place!!“

“It's hard for me to believe, but I've been going to The Cat's Meow for nearly 30 years! I had adopted a cat from the Humane Society and he had been neutered by and they recommended the Cat's Meow. I originally dealt with the original owner of the practice, and then later with Dr. Head, whom I assume bought out the practice. They took good care of Mr. Mac and I for 18 years, including his last several years when he had diabetes. There was an overlap of several years with my second kitty, Miss Molly. Miss Molly was with me 14 years and passed away last November from what we assume was a pancreatic cancer. During the second half of her life Dr. Loupe was her main caregiver and, again, both of us received excellent care! When it came time to end Miss Molly's suffering, Dr. Head and her crew were very sympathetic and helpful. I was a mess and Dr. Head asked me and then administered a hug which was very appreciated! I am retired cancer physician and can identify with the need for sympathy and support during these difficult kinds of times. After eight months, though I am blessed with two sweet feral/porch kitties, I think I may be ready for one more indoor feline furball in my life. If and when that time comes, the Cat's Meow is where I will go!“

“We moved to Aledo 5 years ago and never really had a specific vet we considered OUR vet for our fur family. We just went to places that were convenient. Thankfully, that changed when we went to Vista Animal Hospital with Dr. Hampton. He is so kind and thorough with each visit, as well as his staff! Dr. Hampton was there through our dog’s declining health and eventual passing. It was very sad for us. Dr. Hampton and his team were so compassionate and patient through the process. His office sent us a card later expressing their condolences. We are very thankful for that!
Now, Dr. Hampton is the vet to the newest member of our family, and I am confident he is in great hands!“

I came to Dr. Cook in a shattered state, convinced my sweet girl was going to die. Dr. Cook explained my options, and after careful consideration of what my dog could tolerate, we opted for surgery and radiation therapy. I have every reason to believe we've beaten this thing and I credit Dr. Cook and the Veterinary Specialists of North Texas for saving Panda's life. “Dr. Dean did a great job on my dog dallas TPLO surgery. He made a full recovery and is back to running around like it never happened. If you have the money it's 100% worth it in my opinion. My boy could hardly walk and was in so much pain. And now my 10 year old beagle acts like a puppy again. I recommended Dr. Dean, and fort worth veterinary surgical, and a dasuquin supplement. Also please don't go spending thousands of dollars and not take the recovery process serious. I was meticulous with his rest, and short leash walks for at least 12 weeks. Tell your pups they are good dogs for me“
