“I want to start off by saying Kailyn is absolutely amazing and I would not go anywhere else to get piercings / jewelry changes ever again! I first came in to InkTheory with horrible issues with my conch piercings (that were done at a different shop) and my rook (also done at a different shop). They weren't healing and it had been far over a year. If it wasn't for Kailyn, I would have taken them out. She helped me choose jewelry options that instantly provided me relief. Also, the piercings she has done for me have been amazing and have had absolutely no issues! I've never had a better experience getting pierced! She is one of the most welcoming and sweetest people I have ever met and you can just tell how dedicated and passionate she is about piercing. She makes sure you are well informed about the healing processes and makes sure to answer any questions you may have about anything. I came in today for a jewelry change and also to get some new piercings. I was lucky enough to meet James, who was absolutely amazing as well! They have such a kind and welcoming energy which I absolutely loved! They swapped out my two conch piercings to a hoop and were so gentle when doing them. James also made sure I was well informed about everything and answered any questions I had. If you want to get pierced, jewelry changes, etc, come see these two amazing people! You won't regret it at all. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to see them again! :)“

“Walked in for a nose piercing and Russell was the most informative piercer I’ve ever worked with. He communicated the whole process, walked me through the healing time frame and after-care, and answered any questions I had thoroughly. You can tell he’s very passionate about what he does and is such a comfortable person to be around/conversate with. When I left I forgot to grab my ID back from him (on trend for me) and he literally chased me down and found me to make sure I got it back. Just shows the amount of effort and professionalism this shop provides for their customers. Highly recommend this shop for any piercings, and I know from experience that all their tattoo artists provide amazing pieces!!“

“Hector has been my tattoo artist for 12yrs. Most recently he did my first face tattoo and I’m in LOVE with it!!! He did my full black out sleeve with a mandala accent! It’s beautiful! And very black because he took his time to tattoo it and made sure it was BLACK! I love it and have already submitted my idea for my second arm! He also did my oldest daughter’s first fine line tattoo and it turned out beautifully. I’d never go to another artist or shop!“
