My experience with Indoor Comfort has been exceptionally good. I bought an old farmhouse and updated the infastructure: new electric wiring, new double-pane windows, insulation, etc. The existing HVAC system was old and inefficient. Through a referral I contacted Indoor Comfort and I’m glad I did. I was impressed with how candid and informative Roger was. He provided several options and answered all my questions allowing me to select the right replacement system. I also have a large glassed porch that had no existing HVAC and he helped me choose the right mini-split unit for that space. Installation went smoothly and quickly. Roger repaired our 17+ year old AC unit several times to get us by until we could afford replacing it. When we finally were able to replace it, we shopped around, and Roger had the best price and seemed to care the most about the system he recommended.
He recommended three different options, and ultimately we picked a 4-ton 2-stage Lennox AC and furnace for us about 8 months ago. It has been working wonderfully ever since.
