He really went above and beyond and even took the time to explain to both my young adult son and I exactly what the problem was and showed him how to clean it for future purposes. “We have 2 central systems: one for main part of house and second for add-on and upstairs. In June our secondary unit went out. Another company said a "band-aid" fix would be close to $4000 and we really should just replace the whole thing. We couldn't do that financially so we bought free-standing and window units. This week our main unit stopped working. They came out and had it up and running in short order and for about $100. So we asked them to give us a second opinion on our secondary unit. He didn't want to know what the first company diagnosed was wrong with it until he did his own inspection. His diagnosis was one of 3 things being wrong, which would have to be tried separately, but at the very MOST, the third and worst problem would cost us about $1500! Then he looked at the other company's result and said there is no way they could determine that being the problem without checking other, simpler things first. AND their $4000 fix would be less than half that with A/C Service and Repairs Co. He got the unit up and running, (it was the second situation) for about the same cost as what it cost us to buy the free-standing and window units initially. We could have been running that air all summer instead of using these window units. We will never use another A/C company again! Oh and he called back that night to check and make sure it was still running well. THAT'S good customer service.“

“My furnace stopped turning on yesterday morning. I called Heating and AC Experts and left a message with their answering service and they got back to me as soon as they opened. Sanders was able to come out that afternoon, and he got a temporary solution in place that has the furnace working again until the parts come in on Monday. He was professional, friendly, and happy to explain to me how things inside the furnace work so I could understand the issue“

Every time we reached out with a question we received a prompt thorough response or a personal call from the owner, Joe. After our decision on a new AC and Furnace he was able to schedule service the next day. The day of service 3 skilled, friendly family members arrived. They were punctual, diligent and very informative on the process. We were nervous that a Friday install would result in a rushed service. Dallas, so if you're concerned about your location chances are you're in their service area.Update June 2021- we again had a great experience with Joe and Pete. We had an odd scenario of our outside unit not turning on. They promptly visited our property to check the system. As it turned out, our electricity to our house was the issue and addressed by Oncor later that date. If you are needing a quality system and quality people, I still recommend JLS Heating and Air.“
