“I am a commercial building project manager that hired UF for recent foundation work on my personal home.<br>I am well known by contractors on my jobsites for being "picky and strict, but fair." Just as in my professional work, I expect quality work and professionalism from those I hire to work with me.<br><br>My job was to partially excavate the existing crawl space (~6yds dirt), replace ~175' of 4"x6" beam, replace ~120' of 2x6 joists, and replace all 30 pad/block/shim locations with new parts.<br>I expected a crazy high bid price like All-Pro & Perma-Pier, but UF was able to work with me on an agreeable price for both parties. I feel like I got good value for my final price, and the company made their profit. We all seem to have won.<br><br>UF made the process of major foundation work as painless as it can be for me the homeowner.<br>Gabriel was my sales and install contact and he did an excellent job the whole way through.<br>The owner was on site the day of final lift and level and all went well.<br>A crew of (~9/day) took 3 days for the work.<br>Disruptions were minimal. “Texas Select quickly got an estimator, John, out to identify the work needed to repair a portion of my roof with minor damage and massive drainage issues. They gave a good and fair quote quickly and completed the job accurately and even better than expected. The repair solved all issues completely. The team was very easy to work with from start to finish. Billing and payment were very easy with multiple options for taking care of the money transfer.<br><br>While doing the initial job, John was kind enough to inspect for hail damage as we had recently had some severe hail. In fact he found worrisome damage. John and team worked tirelessly with my homeowners insurance to ensure we received the coverage we deserved and the insurance company paid the contracted portion (minus decuctible and depreciation due to my policy) to replace the entire roof. He installed a couple of solar powered vent fans, static vents, and fixed some existing vents on our roof. He removed an unused flue pipe and, by looking at the roof now, you would have never known it even existed. New shingles match our old ones and his pricing was competitive.
