We were referred to this company by a friend who had nothing but positive things to say, and now that we've experienced their service ourselves, we couldn't agree more! We scheduled an estimate, and they even called to let us know they could come earlier--who does that these days? Of course, we said yes. Jacob arrived on time and was incredibly courteous. He explained everything in simple terms that were easy to understand and provided us with the estimate in record time. His professionalism was outstanding. Called Rich Services to complete a panel repair and drop an RV outlet. Jacob and Terry responded very professional and friendly. Jacob an RV owner himself advised to install a 50 amp outlet versus the 30 amp. Excellent call. They did a great job. Any future electrical service needs and Rich Services will be my go to. Thanks
We have been working with Rich services for a while but this time they went above and beyond for us. Jessica was absolutely amazing with fitting us in asap and Jacob fixed our issue with the best attitude. We will continue to use them and highly recommend.
