Pomykal was quick to respond to my request for service when i noticed frost on outside unit. I was informed which part needed to be replaced. The part itself was provided under warranty. The labor rates , the unit is outside the standard labor warranty term, were very reasonable. Unit is back on line with happy customer.
Saw one of your vans today, it reminded me I never sent a review for our most recent service...
