I went to The Rose - Galleria for a guided biopsy of my left breast. Everything about my experience was great. The front desk staff were courteous, the facility was clean and well equipped. Zemira was kind, friendly and walked me through everything I needed to know pre and post the procedure. Dr. Trevino had the most amazing, kind energy and I felt completely at ease during the procedure with both of them. I am very glad I chose The Rose for this procedure and I intend to continue all of my future breast care i.e. annual mammograms and any follow ups here.
5 ? over 20 years going to The Rose to take of breast business. As always excellent experience and service. They only do breasts and with every insured patient that uses the Rose ?, you and the Rose ? give back to the uninsured patient who otherwise could die from a potential treatable cancer. THANK YOU ?
Amazing experience at the Rose - Galleria!
From intake to my Mammogram experience, everyone was so kind and accomodating. My US tech Zemira was knowledgeable and so helpful, explaining all the steps. Dr. Trevino is a true gem whose gentle spirit and expertise is exceptional ??. I truly felt comfortable and had a Wonderful experience. Finally, Tasha in medical records went above and beyond in assisting me with obtaining my records in a matter of hours, and gave me my disc with a smile ? and encouraging words. Thank you All!
