Been taking Ginger to Dr. Osborne for three years now to manage her allergy’s. On this last visit, staff went beyond & above with excellent service. Besides cutting vast amounts of pills in half & double medicine quantities to minimize future visits, one of them fell out of my bag, loading up Ginger in car and leaving for home. When I got there, realized it was missing, so called office to see if someone picked it up? Well they did, but was smashed. So they refilled and sent me prescription via next day mail, no charge! Front desk is friendly & efficient, office is clean and inviting but not fussy, exam rooms have comforts for my animal and for me. The vet is considerate & thorough, gave me chances to ask questions and chan ge my mind about an important decision. I showed up nervous but left confident. Very reasonable prices, and they coordinated information with another vet.
Just visited this week with my pup and was very pleased with the service and with the friendliness of the staff. They were able to address all of our needs and I am happy to have them as our new vet.
