My husband had gone to drop off the shirts and he arrived a little bit early so he stood outside 15 minutes after the store had opened no one was there to greet him. He did not just want to leave his shirts unattended. He left him frustration because he had a meeting to get to. Customer service is everything. As stated in the research once bad news gets out it’s told to 25 people. Recovery is hard. Just an FYI, I had later pointed out too my husband, the 24 hour drop off for the shirts. It is a family owned operation they own the entire strip center and the cleaners they own the equipment inside of it and they do all of their work there. the owner of the store is there 12 hours a day 6 days a week, greets all this customers by name and takes great pride in his store and his customers. I have been taking all of my business suits and shirts and other clothing here for over 4 years and I have had perfect work on every single item I've never had one problem. the reviewer that gave him one star complaint about the wrinkled shirt , I can only conclude that she's lying I have never seen anyone in that store ever complain about anything there always just say hello to the owner and the rest of the family. I have lived downtown and in Midtown and I have going to what some people have considered to be the best cleaners in the city they certainly have the highest prices in the city this cleaners is about half to a third of those high priced a fancy cleaners and I've gotten better work done on my clothing here than at those expensive places.“
