When other contractors said they could not get building materials for the roof, Claremont said they could and transported the materials from their Texas location to Florida. Upon contracting them in March, the new roof and a/c units were in place and finished by June. Later in the reconstruction, Ian Megarity of Claremont Property was the assigned project manager. Ian addressed any issues that came up, found solutions to the problem, and made sure we were pleased with the results. It did not matter if it was a building issue or an individual unit owner issue, he addressed the problem or concern. Claremont’s subcontractors and workers did good work as well as being polite. I highly recommend both Ian Megarity, as project manager, and Claremont Property Company for repairs/reconstruction after a storm event.“
