Hurricane Ian did not damage our condo, but Claremont Property Company did. On top of many incompetencies, they removed all personally owned storm doors and threw them away. After months wasted on poorly installed cheap replacements, I spent $1,000 for a new properly installed door that they have marked for removal along with doors people have not replaced. They are dangerous idiots.

Never heard of this company til I experienced road rage from one of their employees this morning. Happened on 75 near Tropical gulf acres. Hire better people please this guy made your company look terrible. He must have been having a horrible morning, I hope his day gets better and that he doesn’t end up hurting anyone.

Definitely the worst company I’ve ever worked for. The owner just cares about collecting money, but not really about what happens with the jobs. About 80% of their PMs are old perv guys who just hire good looking girls without any construction knowledge, and leave them on charge of jobs; no wonder they can’t finish a single job.
Zero qualified workers, superintendents, or subs. These guys do not know how to install storm windows or sliders at all. And Watch out with their plumbers, they’re not qualified at all.
