I’ve got fairly new shoes that I’ve worn 5-6 times and it seemed, to me, that the heels were looking a little run over. The really nice man looked at them and said no, that’s just how they’re designed. I liked that because they’re fairly expensive shoes. I’ve got a few pairs of boots that I will have him look over soon. Very cool place.
I continue to be impressed by their team. It doesn’t matter if you take them dress shoes, boots, or sneakers. They are amazing, timely, and do incredible work. 10/10 recommend!!!
I took a pair of orthotics to have some padding added. They listened to what I wanted, made an important suggestion, and had the orthotics ready for pick up when promised. I could not be more pleased…great quality, fair price, timely service.
