CrossFit Merak has amazing coaches that are invested in your development. With being new to CrossFit they have been phenomenal with coaching me through the fundamentals. Welcoming atmosphere and great folks to workout with. Highly recommend CrossFit Merak!

Crossfit Merak embodies a welcoming,empowing, judgment free vibe. No matter where you are in your fitness journey the coaches and athletes are so encouraging. It's a gym you're actually going to look forward to going to. There is no other crossfit gym like Crossfit Merak. Warning CF Merak is a friendly,fun and push you to the limits place that will show you what your capable of. I have learned so much not just about safety but about health and nutrition also. If you're looking to get into crossfit, I highly recommend CrossFit Merak! The coaches are wonderful people & they give you that one on one coaching feel. Not only that, but also the members too make you feel so welcomed & they all share your success with you, no matter what fitness level you are at! There's a "scale" for literally every movement so you can do the workout however you need. Another great thing I love about this place is that form is of great importance here. Because that is whats gonna prevent injury, abnormal aches & pains & overall get you better & stronger. So if you're thinking of joining, take the time to check out a class.
