“I got eyebrow threading service from Sabi, writing this review while sitting outside in the car.

I have not been able to find a good place in the Austin so far for threading. So I have been going for waxing instead since last five years.
I saw good reviews online and one of my friends recently got her eyebrows done here which I really like, so decided to give this a try.

Sabi is awesome, she is so quick, painless and did a perfect shaping for my eyebrows. So far the best place for eyebrow threading.“

“My first visit was for a lip and chin sugar wax. I’ve gotten my legs, arms and underarms sugar waxed before somewhere else so I was familiar with it but I was still nervous.My appointment was previously assigned to Yulissa but since she is no longer with the company, it got moved over to Grace. I always look at reviews before scheduling with someone. To my relief, Grace was sweet, thorough and informative. I plan to return and schedule with Grace in the future. Thanks again!!“

“I came here on a Tuesday evening and they did my nails and a pedicure. Great experience, would recommend.

I asked for an appointment at 6 pm and gave them a sample image and they said they can do it, but they didn’t have the appliqué and exact color I wanted, but I’ll still give them 5 stars because they worked with me to make a new design and and made sure I was happy. Van did my nails and Taylor did my pedicure. They stayed past closing to get everything done.“

“This salon is truly a hidden gem, I wish I found it years ago! Theresa was incredible. She has great instincts and works quickly. I really didn't know what I wanted, so I asked her to do whatever she thought would look best. It turned out to be the best haircut/color I've had in years, maybe ever.
Theresa has owned this salon for over 20 years, and her work truly speaks for itself. The price was very reasonable as well ☺️ I usually dread getting my hair done, but this was a genuinely pleasant experience from start to finish!

Hannah did an incredible job, and was so nice helping me pick out the right shades for each album. She was so fun to chat with, and had me in and out in under an hour. A Taylor Swift song even played while I was in there which just made the ambiance that much more perfect. Been here a few times before and have always left happy, but this time was truly above and beyond, and I am so grateful to Hannah for the amazing job!“

“FANTASTIC!! I couldn't be happier with this place. The owner and especially Uma have exceeded my expectations. We called in this Saturday afternoon to get a same day appointment. Uma, was sweet enough to fit us in and even went the extra mile to call us back to let us know EXACTLY when to come in so we didn't have to wait. First, this was difficult haircut. It was for my son's girlfriend that has very curly, wavy hair yet the style she wanted was for very straight hair. I honestly didn't think it could be done. I thought wrong! Uma, with her "magic scissors" was able to achieve the look (we showed pictures in advanced) but, somehow Uma was able to make it look even better! I didn't know that was possible! I was fortunate to meet the owner, Elisa and she is humble and sweet. Before I decided to go to the business, I check on Yelp to view the positive and negative comments. As any business owner knows, it's impossible to keep all the clients happy all the time. However, in my experience, it's how the owner handles negative reviews. This is what spoke volumes to me. Sometimes the client and hairstylist, for whatever reason, might not have the best communication and that results in a negative review. However, Elisa has proven with her responses that she wants to make things right. That's HUGE in my book. That's why I put my faith in this establishment. Uma! You're amazing! She's so full of sparkling energy, that just being around her bubbling personality, it feels like you've been in a spiritual spa. The client I took there, couldn't be happier with her new "do"!
