“We love our Doctor and his MA. If we can’t get in to see Dr. Michell Walton we don’t go. Which only happens sometimes if I’m trying to schedule appointment for the day of. They are worth the wait unless of course it’s an emergency than we will just go to the ER. And when we do get in to see Dr. Walton there is never a wait. They always get us checked in and in a room within minutes. Great place! Great staff! No complaints just all compliments from the time you arrive until you walk out the door! “I don't have any experience yet with any doctors or staff besides the pediatric team, but the pediatric team is AMAZING. We primarily see Dr. Thompson, and she is the loveliest. I have always felt like she really cares about my children and about me, too, even though I'm technically not her patient. When we first moved here, all my recommendations pointed me to Beansprouts, but they didn't take my insurance at the time. We have since changed insurance groups and I could go to Beansprouts now (I'm sure they are great), but I don't want to leave my pediatric doctors at Premier Family! I would recommend them to anyone. I've also never had any issues with reception/front desk. They are pleasant and easy to work with in terms of scheduling.“
