“I'm relatively new to ARC. I've seen a physician at a different location a couple of times and was in need of care months sooner than they were able to provide it. The scheduler was able to get me in to the Bee Cave location with Dr. Wang within the same week. Huge points for availability. Check in was a breeze. Two large waiting areas; however, didn't use because my name was called within moments. Yay. Dr. Wang has a great personality. He's very friendly and actually listens. He addressed all of my concerns thoroughly and promptly. Visit notes were available on My Chart the very next day - a Saturday! I have a follow-up telehealth visit with him this week, so I will see how that goes. Overall, a great experience. Definitely worth the extra distance because things worked so much more quickly. :) Plus - xrays available on-site. Very convenient. Tech was nice. Meh - some things are very antiquated. I actually had to fill out paper forms to allow them to share information with another physician. Gasp! Lol. And in order to share my images, I had to drive back to pickup a CD. What? They don't have the ability to forward them electronically.“

“My 60 lb border collie/catahoula mix senior dog was diagnosed with late stage IVDD. We chose not to do invasive surgery and instead chose other therapy options. We did a 5 visit weekly cycle with Dr. Morgan. She was AMAZING. Whitman had lost the ability to walk. I had to carry him in and out of the office and Dr. Morgan was so attentive, caring, understanding and helpful. We did chiropractic and PEMF treatments. Whitman is now able to walk and run with no pain. It feels like a miracle but I know that the treatments at Sprout with Dr. Morgan was one of the main reasons my boy is acting like a puppy again. HIGHLY recommend.“

“I had a good experience establishing care with Dr. Bastian. It had been a while since I had a provider. He was very thorough and made sure to check if I was up to date on all my annual check-ups like gynecological exams, etc. He gave me referrals that I needed. He was concerned about my low vitamin D level. He ordered my blood work which I will be getting done with BetterWay so I can get my results without a needle stuck in my vein. The rest of the ARC team was very friendly!

Update 9/3/24: I feel frustrated I asked the doctor and team to order my bloodwork with BetterWay. I wanted try out a different lab but no one has provided the physician lab order. I have already contacted ARC twice (via portal and phone call) and had BetterWay lab contact them. Looks like the doc won't be getting my results because no one seems able to follow through. For this I took a star away.“
