I cannot recommend this place enough everybody here is so professional and this is a group of people that genuinely enjoy their job, pride themselves on quality, and helping other people.I had a good experience from all the staff from the sharp front desk lady to the nursing assistants to the nurse practitioner who stitched me up.This is the only place that is open after 8:00 p.m. and I had an evening bike wreck so it was between this and ER. The cost here is a fraction of what ER would have costed and they even reversed the charges the second time when I came to get stitches out.I'm very grateful for this place and I would highly recommend it to anybody who needs urgent...read full review

I am from Michigan and needed help here in Texas, but was hesitant to go to an unfamiliar office. I went online and looked at the reviews, and Next Level Urgent Care received good reviews, so I decided to give it a try.The office was clean and welcoming. (Though I did have to wait quite awhile to get serviced, I understood they were busy).All staff members were extremely friendly and professional. In particular, Twylonda, did an excellent job and was competent. She took her time and explained things as she performed my procedure. I appreciated her positive attitude. Amber, too, was wonderful and friendly.Thank you!

We had an all-around wonderful experience at Next Level Urgent Care! We were able to book a same day appointment on a Sunday. The staff were all so friendly, professional and efficient. The appointment and X-rays moved along quickly, but felt very thorough. Dr. Will was wonderful and followed up promptly with our radiology results. Great job, Next Level team!!
