I used this dry cleaner for about a year, dropping off shirts and suits every other month. The last time I used and will ever use them my most expensive suit jacket and pants were treated poorly and ruined. They also ruined a sport shirt in this same batch. The response to my complaint was inadequate, as they offered to just “try again”. Yeah, right. They are cheap and don’t often get your white shirt collars completely scrubbed. Go here for your cheap shirts you don’t care about, take your nice clothes elsewhere or risk them being ruined.

After deciding to not accept this amount and filing a suit in small claims court, the jeans were "found" and I picked them up.
