“Jay, I wanted to let you know my neighbors and I are very happy with the work your gentlemen did removing our old fence and installing and staining the new one.

They really went above and beyond in several ways. For instance, my neighbor's side has the fence posts, and he was pretty particular about where he wanted them placed and how they were to be spaced. Your crew was very patient in understanding his needs and working with him to make it the way he wanted.

And another thing they did, without me asking, was to adjust my wrought iron gate so that it now closes properly. This was completely outside the scope of the work and I was really very pleasantly surprised when they were cleaning up at the end of the project I noticed them adjusting the gate. These gentlemen clearly take such pride in their work that they wanted to make sure that my gate that intersects with the new fence was also in proper working order, even though it was not their obligation to do so.
