Meeting with Jessica is a breath of fresh air. She is so knowledgeable and up to date on the issues I have. Working with me to get to solution. She listens to my concerns and is readily available. I am excited about my health journey for the first time in a long time. Having my primary care handled in the same office as my pain management, all issues are handled in one location. This translates into ease, convenience and professionalism, thank God.

The Bedford office was able to find a Telemedicine interview with Jennifer, I think, and figuring out through my symptoms, what might be wrong with me. I could barely talk because of the pain in my lungs from the upper respiratory problems I had and she got the prescriptions in to my Pharmacy so I could start treatment that evening. Started feeling better after 2 days and now I’m getting close to 100%. Thank You
