The team arrived early and soon noticed water and other damage from the storm and shoddy workmanship left behind from previous roofing company. Got a call from Mike, the rep, who sent us pictures of the damage and walked us through the repair work. Mike took us through the steps of what would have been a stressful, overwhelming issue and eased our minds. Showed us the problems and all the repair work that was necessary. The team even stayed late in excessive, Texas August heat to make sure that the job was completed on schedule. We are super confident now that the work was done right! “Stonewater Roofing was very professional from the beginning of the roof inspection thru the insurance process (which denied my claim) they help me with getting a third party inspection and a reversal on the claim. Once the claim was approved they came out and we discussed everything that we would need for the job. Scott discussed the different types and grades of shingles. He explained that some grades of impact shingles could get you a discount on insurance. Once we chose our color and grade they were order and job schedule. Stonewater then call with time of arrival. The employees were here promptly and went to work. They did the removal and reroof in less than two days. They constantly were cleaning up behind them selves.
