As a business owner myself, customer service is extremely important to me! I found Queenly via instragram and the service was nothing short of amazing. She was prompt with time, professional and informative on the entire process. The spa is warm and inviting. She also made sure I was comfortable! I would definitely recommend her services. I received the brow lamination service and they turned out perfect! 10 out of 10!!!!

I get my lashes done with Leslie. I've been to several lash artists around the metroplex. I really think she's the best! I'm very particular about how I like my lashes in terms of density, mapping, etc. Leslie nails it every time with my light volume set. She's also very sweet and easy to talk to. I highly recommend her!

Arely is just the sweetest! Fist time getting my lashes done by her and she made me feel comfortable and made sure she’s meeting my expectations. She answered questions and explained what she’s doing during the process. Will definitely come back!
