My gas was turned off because of a leak and I was desperately trying to find a plumber because I needed heat in my home with our below freezing temps. “Our outside drain line always has a problem. Every year, usually between Thanksgiving and Christmas, and almost always at night. Bad weather is always a plus. I don't know where the roots come from, but this line is an annual pain. One year I thought I would be pre-emptive and call before there was a problem. Instead of being appreciative, that guy questioned why I'd call before there was a problem. I mean, he ended up clearing the roots, but I didn't need a lecture. Let's address today. Colin was the tech that called and came out. You'd be hard pressed to find a nicer, more polite young man. I retired from law enforcement, so I may have a jaded lens through which I view the world. But young men like Colin will go a long way in restoring my faith in humanity. He found a clog about where I told him it would be. But frankly, it was simply a joy to meet someone this pleasant. These folks are nice and the prices are pretty reasonable. I was certainly expecting worse. And he didn't try to upsell a lot of nonsense like a guy from a company named after a founding father of our country once did. If you've got toilets not flushing, these folks will brighten your day. Or maybe night.“

“I have used accu find now 3 times. The first time was to repair a broken sewer pipe below slab, the 2nd was a hot water pipe leak in kitchen island and lastly, and hopefully lastly, for a slab leak in spare bath. I called office and spoke to leeann. She has always been super helpful and professional to deal with.Jr came out the next day to assess the situation. He returned on Monday and completed the work. We are super grateful and appreciative of their timeliness and promptness to fix our leak. Obviously they are super busy this time of year considering how dry and hot it is currently but they fit us into the schedule and job was completed same day and all is good now.You hope you never need to call them but if you do you can be assured they will take care of you and your home. Cant say enough good things about them. Thank you again but I hope I only see you at the grocery store or the movies sometime.“
