“This company is fantastic! Noe, Angel, & Rene needed to cut & shape hedges all the way around my house. This needed to be scheduled quickly because my siding, roof, & gutters were being replaced. The hedges were very overgrown & had to be cut back extensively. Noe made sure that everything was cut back EXACTLY the way I wanted it done. He also made suggestions about cutting some areas shorter & leaving a tree/hedge taller. I agreed with his suggestions. The final product is amazing! They also raked up every last leaf & branch! “Cristy @ C&T Lawns is an outstanding landscape designer. We work with her each season to refresh the landscape she designed for us at least 5 years ago. We have never been disappointed. This year was not exception!We had some plants and shrubs which had died from the drought earlier this summer (after having been shocked by the hideous freeze a year or so ago during the winter). Cristy did a walk-through with us; assessed the damage; listened to and answered all of our questions; and came up with a design plan which was implemented today.We could not be more pleased with the results. “We have been in our home and property for 23+ years. We have used many Landscape Companies and have never been satisfied until we discovered James Landscaping. We had a large scope (our property is over 7 acres) and spent about half a day walking the property and discussing our thoughts. When we received the design, it was almost perfect! But we knew the design was the “easy” part…the execution of the design was the difficult and more important part of the project. Well, we can hardly find the right words for how smooth the installation happened! The installation Team was absolutely amazing! The Supervisors communicated great during the project but what really exceeded our expectations was the very few questions they had to ask us. That was because the Design was so well documented, the install Team had a near perfect roadmap to make the design come to life. All members of the team were friendly, professional and had a strong desire to satisfy our needs. They also exhibited tremendous respect for our property. They were careful with driving their large trailers and they cleaned up the property EVERY day during the install! That’s right! They cleaned up every single day! One of the biggest challenges we’ve had with other Landscapers was poor planting techniques which resulted in plants dying. This is one of James Landscaping’s biggest strengths. They took great care when preparing the beds before planting. They removed about 8-10 inches of soil and replaced with an excellent mix of soil and compost. We know this will result in all the plants developing strong roots for lasting health in our crazy Texas weather.We highly recommend James Landscaping for your landscaping projects especially very large ones. Unfortunately we know the initial and ongoing costs of poor landscaping (especially for large properties). We are VERY fortunate to have used James Landscaping…we wished we would have used them 20 years ago!!“
