Go somewhere else unless you LIKE TO WAIT?? This office consistently makes you wait an hour or 1.5 hours to be seen! The nurses are rude, the admins are rude and although Dr Z is a good doctor the lack of punctuality is unacceptable and unprofessional!

I felt this was important to share. I feel my Wife and I were deceived. My long time family medicine doctor recently retired and thus my wife and I were looking for a new provider. We found Dr. Zarosky through our insurance. Prior to attending we received verbal confirmation from his practice site that they took our insurance and that a physical would be free. I admit that we signed a virtual agreement stating that we would receive a separate bill for "other diagnostic services" but what occurred was not covered by this language as informed consent because the language is too ambiguous. We took the office for their word, mistakenly believing that our visit for a physical would be free. During our visits, my wife and I each pointed out things on our bodies that felt off to inform our new providers and to hopefully receive some feedback on any potential concerns that would require additional medical attention. Each led to a brief discussion of approximately 5-10 minutes of total patient time. Moreover, we were prompted by Dr. Zarosky to answer whether we were dealing with any physical issues. On our way out of the clinic, the front desk once again provided confirmation that our visit was free, that it was covered by our insurance, and that we could leave. We were later billed $177.48 in total for the questions. We called, told the office what transpired, and they simply pointed us to the contract language above. The office said they spoke with Dr. Zarosky about it and they ultimately decided not to budge. In summary, we were deceived by their office that our physical would be free, our insurance provides one free physical per year per person, Dr. Zarosky never informed us that we would be charged separately, and the contract we signed is ambiguous and far too general to be considered informed consent. I find these deceptive practices to be unacceptable. I hope to save you from the same problem. We will not be returning.

Caution never come to this office. Someone needs to review them for fraud. I came in for my very first visit and had a physical. Everyone seems so nice at first and they politely gives you a form to fill out that says if you do discuss anything while you do your physical they will charge you. I thought ok no problem I should be good. Well surprise surprise I didn't realize that the Dr. Nweke would order additional labs with out discussing it with me. I was then billed for the labs and coinsurance after I left the office.... at full pop bc my insurance only covers that test if I came in with a concern about it. I contacted the office many times and even went in to try to resolve theses issues but it was a big waste of my time. They will all apologize and tell you they will resubmit the paperwork a different way and fallow up with you. Then most of the staff will never fallow back up with you. I did finally talk to the billing specialist who did fallow up with me but unfortunately was told there was nothing that could be done. I also need to mention that I had issues with my prescriptions and in my portal under visits a random visit popped up that said I spoke with the doctor about my refill as a result of my lab. This never happened. The communication is terrible and I have no trust with the doctor or office. When it comes to your health trust and communication are essential. Do yourself a favor and find a different office. I will never be back and I will never go to an office associated with Texas Health ever again.
