Pros: close to work, close to friend, variety of equipment is nice, enjoy safety of the women’s area, dry sauna is nice amenity, not super busy so less noise. Nice morning staff. Cons: Dirty. The showers and dressing areas are gross. Eyelashes and what I hope is soap stuck to the walls. Hair everywhere and it stinks in there. Great people, great rate the hours are satisfactory, like all Gym's some customers leave weights lying around and don’t put them away. We belonged to A large gym in Colleyville for15 plus years. and they kept raising the price so high we had to leave.

One of the bests fitness centers in the area!
I was going to ?? Fitness for over a year and that club does not even come close to holding a candle to Fitness Connection. Especially when it comes to cleanliness. I had placed many complaints about the lack of with "NO" resolve over that year.
"SO", Fitness Connection is the go to place to be a member!
