I have been taking my boys to get haircuts here for the past maybe five years, and there’s never been a problem. But today was horrible I wasted one hour waiting for my boys to get haircuts while the stylists kept chatting with their customers while they’re cutting their hair, stopping to chat a lot, even put the scissors down, it was totally ridiculous I did not get a “ will be right with you blah blah blah”

If there was an option for zero stars, that would be my choice. Horrible customer service. They get lots of people in, tell them each they are next in line, even have you sign in. They call on their "regulars" or family and friends without telling you and make you think you are next. Will never show up there again. I do not recommend this place if you want good service and a clean atmosphere.
