My husband and I took a croissant class and had a lot of fun! We learned a lot too. Kiana was an amazing and patient teacher. She even taught us a lot of cool history about many aspects of baking, different techniques between French and American styles, etc. It was a lot of fun and we will definitely book another class!

This music school is as good as it gets! Who wouldn’t want to learn music in such an amazing atmosphere? The owners are trustworthy, kind, friendly & very knowledgeable about their profession. You can really tell a lot of hard work has gone into their business!

I have known Juan and Kiana Cortez for several years now. Juan and his students led worship at my church. Mrs. Kiana was one of our vocalist. During there time at our church, we experienced great talent and a willingness to bring excellence to our worship program. Juan always made sure that his students were very prepared and had the correct charts for every song. Under his leadership we experienced the best quality from musicians to vocals. Even though Juan and Kiana are no longer leading worship at our church, we still keep in contact with one another and are friends.
