I had an excellent experience with Dr.Junnarkar, She not only helped me understand my unique nutritional needs as a vegetarian but also provided a detailed chart outlining the nutritional values of each food groups and what I should concentrate on for necessary carbs and fibers for my diet. As a vegetarian, finding the right balance can be challenging, but her expertise made it easy and manageable. Her guidance has significantly improved my dietary habits, and I feel more energized and healthier. I highly recommend her services to anyone looking to improve their nutrition.
Dr Junnikar is very informative about nutrition and weight loss. She educated me in alot of things I was now aware of that was preventing me from losing weight. I have loss some weight since I followed her guidance. Please give her a try you won't be disappointed!!!!!
