Do NOT delay in scheduling your personal one on one with Ms. Gauri!!! She is fantastic! All my friends consider me a research maniac- and I learned so much I did not know from hours of research I've done myself. You will not feel like someone is judging your decisions- rather- you will have someone on YOUR CORNER helping you with best, better or good options you can implement right away. I have very three chronic conditions- and doctors and nurses don't really have the time to analyze and provide good instructions for you to cope and incorporate. Gauri made the time, research and analyzed what I could change. Baby steps- but has lead to no longer fearing eating food!!!...read full review

My diet was all over the place and my A1C was extremely high, when I started working with Gauri Junnarkar. She helped me understand food and the importance of managing stress for my blood sugar. My A1C is in a good place now and I handle stress much better. She is the best!
