“After having been impressed with the quality of windows installation at my neighbor’s home, I requested an estimate for my home. Dennis performed a demonstration using a heat lamp, a BTU meter, a competitor’s window that had been left at my house, and their recommended window. When I saw the substantial heat-reflecting properties of his window vs the competition, I was sold. Like nearly everything else, following the hurricanes and pandemic, it took nearly 5 months for the windows to arrive, but it was worth the wait. I was so impressed with how hard Billy and William worked to remove the old and install the new windows that I fed them lunch all three days, just to show my appreciation. I had 34 windows replaced, and all but one measured spot-on. The one, apartment kitchen window was one inch short on the vertical. They told me about it and asked to let them go ahead and install it, using a frame extension (?). They said if I didn’t like it, they would order a new one and replace it. My wife and I were COMPLETELY satisfied! A great example of their honesty and integrity!The bathroom window arrived as clear instead of rain glass, but they have the replacement glass on order.Anyone can install windows while building a house, but I have a new appreciation for a business that can retrofit windows, after seeing a few of the challenges that can crop up in the process. I would give them 6 stars if it were an option.I forgot to mention that, at the end of the last day of installation, Terry and Shane arrived to assist with cleanup and wiping down the windows.Services: Vinyl window installation & replacement“

“Very responsive and promptly came to my home to provide me with a blow in insulation quote. All of my questions were answered and I never felt that I was being mislead. My quote was emailed to me within a few hours of home inspection. I was extremely pleased with their offered bid, so we quickly set date and time for job to be completed.
