Thank you for the wonderful team Reed has in place. Installed a Carrier Infinity system. Had one small hiccup the first night, Reed came out that night and didn't leave (near midnite) until all was OK for the night. Came back the very next day and finished the job. Very happy with them. We've used Reed Service Company since purchasing our house 12 years ago. First, to comply with warranty requirements and then PMs every six months to maintain efficiency and operation. The techs have always been polite and professional. The last two PM visits have been by Wayne; and he has been the most thorough of all.
