I have a almost 15 yo miniature schaunzer. He is accustomed to being groomed but has never liked it. In the last 6 months, he doesn't like much. This was my third groomer in a month to try because he was biting. Melissa was able to groom him with no issues. I was so glad!

This woman has always done a superior job at grooming my dog. May I add that your dog isn't the same dog when us owners aren't around. I'm sure if your dog was nicked it's because it was nervous and moving too much
