Shelby was my Vet Assistant and she was soooo sweet and my dog warmed right up! Dr. McCullough was informative and efficient. They were very accommodating to my dog being anxious--we all just got down on the floor with her! My dog has had reoccurring yeast infections and this is the only vet that has even discussed long-term maintenance with me (so I don't have to drop $100-200 every few months). Very very good energy from this place! I'm very glad we went here and strongly recommend it to others. This clinic is the third clinic I've taken my fur baby to since January 2021. The clinic is spotless; the building is well-maintained; the staff are courteous and knowledgeable; and the lawn is manicured and appealing. That was my first hint that this clinic is only for rich people in Beaumont, Texas, and I was right. I was very pleased with the care my fur baby received, but the cost was staggering. I was told one price, but the price was more than double when I checked out. Also, I never even got to meet the vet, which I thought for more than $400 was tacky, to say the least. In town for work and hours away from my vet, got a new patient exam and the staff and facilities were amazing. Took a tour of the boarding area to have a place in line in the event it was needed. Happy I found Delaware Animal Clinic and the amazing staff!
