I want to thank Kerri for everything she did for us. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor! I have always been told don’t use the same one selling the house, well I did and DONT regret it at all, honestly it made it easier with Kerri! The seller was out of state with their job so it was a lot of work on her and she did amazing and made sure all T were crossed and I were dotted. She went over and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of on both parties. This was my first house to ever buy so it was a big deal to us and she made sure it was a big deal. Kerri was my saving grace during this whole selling process. She went over and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. When things went wrong (out of both of our control), Kerri had our back the whole way and took a bad situation and made it better than it was before. I couldn't have asked for more from her, I'm just endlessly grateful I had her in my corner. She sold our house fast, and made the process easy.
