“Signed up for the cpl hundred dollar bi annual AC systems check. The initial tech that came out might have been new, but gave an all clear. Few months later we had water dripping from a light fixture. Called and they sent out a tech, Chad F.
He fixed the issues quickly, and theyve stayed fixed. But more than that, i genuinely felt like he really cared and took pride in what he was doing. I think that’s a rare thing nowadays.
