“My first time to drop some clothes here I was unloading my walker to then get my clothes out to take in, they do not have a drive up option although the door is right there where this is a possibility. I was met, before I got to my clothes by a woman that introduced herself as the owner, a very pleasant lady I will add. She took my stuff, name and everything, and told me that I could just pull up to the door even though they have a sign saying to not block the driveway next to it. She was more than willing to make consideration for me being disabled and making it easier on me to bring/pick-up my clothes.“

“They lost ~$1500 in shirts and pants. Stuck with them. Now I can’t pick up current order because their worker at the Dowlen location closed the doors 15 minutes early. Yes she is inside but decided to close up early.“
