“My first time to drop some clothes here I was unloading my walker to then get my clothes out to take in, they do not have a drive up option although the door is right there where this is a possibility. I was met, before I got to my clothes by a woman that introduced herself as the owner, a very pleasant lady I will add. She took my stuff, name and everything, and told me that I could just pull up to the door even though they have a sign saying to not block the driveway next to it. She was more than willing to make consideration for me being disabled and making it easier on me to bring/pick-up my clothes.“

“They do a really nice job cleaning garments and their turn around time is fast. The employees are friendly and have good customer service skills. The only issue I have is multiple times I go to pick up laundry and there is a sign on the door that says "back in ten minutes". It's very frustrating because I am usually in a hurry.“
