I have been in the healthcare industry for over 15 years and have owned and operated many businesses in Texas, and I can truly say that this agency is top notch when it comes to onboarding their new employees and taking the time to listen and implement changes that are sometimes necessary when operating in additional locations. I can also say that the founders of this agency do not ask their employees to do anything that they personally would not do! Baptist Homecare is on the rise!
