Needed roll off for mobile home demo in a trailer park and they said they didn’t think they could get a truck in there without even coming out to see where/what I was talking about ….. (we have had roll off dumpsters in the past ) I do not recommend this business
I could give them less than a 1 star. I would. I was not very pleased with the way things happen. I spoke with Aimee on December 12th, 2022 @ 1:16pm and made an order. This was for a residential to take care of a items to dispose for my mother. I specially ask Aimee for an appointment time, for 11-12am O'clock window and ask if this was possible. She said yes. I ask this specifically, because I was coming from the Baytown area to assist and work to help my mother. 11am rolls by. 12pm rolls by. I never received a call with a status nor anything. In addition, I called them. I spoke with "Nick." Although I would not know this was "Nick" for the first few calls that I would make to them. I found out his name was "Nick" after the final call (call number THREE, to be exact). I told "Nick" that I had an order for a residential delivery, placed by "Aimee, on Tuesday." I said that it was after 12 and ask if he had an ETA on the driver. "Nick, told me that he will find out and call me bac. He even verified my phone number to ensure that he had it correct. Once verified, an hour goes by and NO deliver of the roll-off and NO call from "Nick." Therefore, I called him back and told him that it was Wesley again and that I spoke to him earlier. I ask what the status was and did he have an ETA. "Nick" informed me that the driver was an hour away. (Keep in mind, it is now 1:30pm, well over the 11am-12pm window that Aimee assured.) "Nick" mentioned that the driver had another stop in Port Arthur and that I was next and that he would be there within the hour. An hour and 45 minutes later, still no driver, nor roll-off. I called "Nick" back and recognized his sarcastic voice, (as if he KNEW that it was me calling once again) and I ask him what was the deal? I ask him, what is your name sure, sir." Low and behold, that's when I found out that his name was "NICK." I ask what is the ETA ON THE DRIVER!!!???? I had workers waiting. I had waster 5 hours of work time. It was about to be dark in the next hour and half and STILL NO ROLLOFF BOX!!! I was not happy about this, AT ALL. "Nick did not care and it was all in his sarcastic voice that he could give a sh*t less. I told him that he could refund my money and that 2S roll-off has did nothing but wasted my time and money today. I also mentioned that if you cannot honor a service that you cannot provide, in reference to time, then be HONEST WITH THE CUSTOMER AND STOP WASTING PEOPLE'S TIME, AIMEE! I do understand that things happen. However, "Nick" should have been honest for the first call and don't give a person a time window, just to make some money or a sale!!! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE FOR RESIDENTIAL PURPOSES. THIS GROUP IS CLEARLY UNFPROFESSIONAL AND A WASTE OF TIME! TRUST ME! USE SOMEONE ELSE! SCREW THIS GROUP OF PEOPLE AND THIS 2S ROLL OFF COMPANY!!!! THANKS NICK AND AIMEE FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!
From the moment I talked with Aimee to the end, she was pleasant and professional. I had never used this company before, but she assured me she would make any problems right. I requested a call from the driver before arriving due to a low wire. She made notes to the driver, and everything went smoothly. I requested the same on pickup, but didn't get a call. If it were not for someone being on the premises, this would have been a serious problem. However, both drivers were professional and quick. Overall, you can't go wrong with this company. A+ service.
