“First and foremost, when possible I try to utilize local businesses in my community. I got lucky and found Rios Construction which is a family owed and run business that had over 30 years experience. I wanted to cover my back porch, so I contacted them, within less than 24 hours they came out determined what I wanted to do, and gave me a great price. The price also included having a licensed professional engineer review the drawings and conducted a windstorm inspection to ensure the design and construction would meet all the Texas State Requirements. They began the project and in less than three days they built an outstanding cover for my back porch. During the construction the workers were professional and cleaned up the area at the end of each day. The owner came at least 5 times per day to ensure the work was being accomplished within the design requirements. Upon completion they removed all scrap material, cleaned up the area, and even used magnets in the yard to make sure no stray nails, screws, or bolts were accounted. I will definitely, use this company in the future for all my construction projects. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.“
