Dr. Mann was incredible! She’s very patient and professional. Treats me with so much regard and kindness. Answered all of my concerns and doubts. The appointment was quick but I never felt rushed like in other places. Absolutely coming back if I have any other troubles! :)
Updated review: Still 5 stars! Dr. Durgheau and the nurses were very good at addressing my concerns and helping get to the bottom of my issue. I also want to personally give a shout out to the receptionist with glasses (idk her name) who called Walgreens pharmacy for me trying to get them to prepare my prescription. The staff members I've come into contact with at Next Level Ugent Care in Baytown have all been pleasant and responsive to my concerns. Stefanie Mann, a Nurse Practitioner there, is especially knowledgeable and attentive to my concerns. This urgent care has become my first choice when I can't get into my primary care physician.
The NP, medical tech and staff at the desk were amazingly atrentive and efficient. The NP listened to my concerns, asked relevant probing questions, and provided a promising solution. I highly recommend their staff at Next Level Urgent Care in Baytown.
