This was my first time using Lab Corp in a long time. I liked the proximity of it being close to my new doctor. It was an easy referral because of the partnership they had. This location is inside of the Walgreens near the pharmacy. Easy peasy check-in with the self-service kiosk. The scanner will ask for your ID and then your insurance card. It was a short 5 minute wait before I was called. The phlebotomist asked for my insurance card again and said that it couldn't be verified? In addition, she said the insurance would be billed, and whatever wasn't covered, a credit card would be needed to cover the difference? I needed the blood work done so I didn't push back. The phlebotomist was very polite and expertly drew my blood with ease. I was happy considering I got stuck twice at my pcp with no blood drawn. Overall, it is very convenient and easy to use their services. I did learn that they have been in their existing location for 7 months. Will use again in the future.
