TULLY is the best! She has been doing my eyebrows for years They’re a-1 every time I remember when she first started as a booth in the San Jacinto mall & it’s truly great to see how much her business has flourished!!! I’ve been coming here for years now. The service is great and friendly. I live in Houston and drive 40 minutes to Baytown just to get my eyebrows threaded. I would definitely recommend coming out.Service: Eyebrow threading
