I am happy to see my new epoxy floor. Floors look amazing. Very straight forward and no surprises. Got the quote, got them out here before they start to check on any additional minor crack repairs needed . Walked through everything and crew showed up the next day . Timely , cleaned up between days, 10/10 recommend . Finished product looks amazing .Services: Wood floor installation
Lets start off by saying Thank you to the manager Tarayan(hope I spelled it right :0) . She is very Understanding and Knowledgeable about property Management. I can be a bit of a firecracker at times wanting things done in a timely matter. I'm a truly understanding person when it comes to time, staff off and being completely swamped with work. What I can GET WITH is just RUDENESS !! A little customer services training is needed for a member of your team !!!!! This manager will go out of her way to make sure you as a resident feels comfortable and feel like you are being heard. I like the fact they have resident activities that shows pride. I LIKE THAT !!. I actually won the gift basket on Valentine Day for participating . My family and I loved the photo backdrop too cute !!! I just realized our Pool Area has been remodeled looks Amazing . The office is always open so you can walk in at anytime to voice your concerns. I'm not for sure why other people are scoring them so low . I'm from California only been a resident since Jan 2019 and haven't had too many complaints that the office didn't handle properly. The maintenance staff even worked hard to try to replace my fridge before the holiday they weren't able too, the very next day I had a new fridge by the time I got home (Rolando Thanks) . Yes, things will Not always go your Way but I believe THIS TEAM IS DOING A GREAT JOB !!! THANK YOU FOR GETTING THE JOB DONE AND LISTENING TO WHATS WRONG. WHEN YOU LISTEN YOU ALWAYS END UP WITH A RESULT !!!!!!
