I scheduled my visit online, got there, was seen in a timely manner. I also forgot my wallet at home. Once I was in the back, I spoke with a nurse, doctor came in, waited 10mins for 2 tests. I was treated with kindness and compassion.
Although I usually go to the AFC on 146, this one was where the web site made my appointment. Everyone was so nice, just like 146. Everyone was in good spirits despite working in Sunday. And they fixed me right up, no worries--as always.
I had a positive experience at the AFC Urgent Care clinic! It's was a great feeling that the staff was courteous and professional throughout my visit. It's was also wonderful that the nurse made me feel comfortable and that I didn't feel any pain during the steroid injection. Providing excellent care and a painless experience is important in healthcare, and everyone did a great job. Thank you all very much. I will definitely recommend you to my family and friends.
